This Privacy Policy explains how Home Service Content ( "Company", "we", "us" , "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use our websites, personalized magic link previews, subscription services, and related tools (collectively, the "Service").

3.2 Contact Information

  • Name (if you provide it via forms, email, or support).
  • Email addresses you submit to receive content packs, account-related emails, or marketing communications.

3.3 Subscription and Billing Information

  • Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
  • Subscription status (for example, active, past_due, cancelled).
  • Plan pricing and revision limits associated with your subscription.

We do not store full payment card numbers. All payment card data is handled by our payment processor (currently Stripe).

3.4 Magic Link and Portal Usage Information

  • A unique magic link token associated with your business.
  • Events and interactions with magic links and previews (for example, views, scroll depth, article expansions, checkout events, and video plays).
  • Timestamps of first and last views.
  • IP address, browser user agent, and referrer URL.

3.5 Email Opt-In and Nurture Information

  • Email addresses and opt-in type.
  • Marketing consent settings and unsubscribe status.
  • IP address and user agent when you submit an email form.
  • Records of nurture or onboarding emails sent to you.

We collect information when you submit forms, sign up for a free content pack, subscribe to our Service, interact with the client portal, or otherwise communicate with us.

4.3 Automatically

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, open a magic link, or use the client portal, including IP address, browser type, device type, and interaction events.

4.4 From Third-Party Providers

We receive limited information from third-party providers such as our payment processor and AI vendors, for example confirmation of payment success, subscription status, or model usage statistics.

5. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating and delivering content packs, content plans, and previews tailored to your services and city.
